Basic Requirements for Company Incorporation

Company Features

  1. Company shall have a name;
  2. One or more members;
  3. In the case of a limited company with shares, one or more shares; and
  4. One or more directors.

Requirements for Company Incorporation

  1. At least one (1) director who ordinarily resides in Malaysia by having a principal place of residence in Malaysia;
  2. At least one (1) shareholder;
  3. At least one (1) local company secretary;
  4. Minimum of RM1.00 initial paid up capital (ordinary shares);
  5. A local registered office address.
