Allen Chee has some 20 years of experience in the practice of accounting, finance, tax, legal and corporate secretarial. He was trained in BDO Binder Chartered Accountants as a Chartered Accountant and was involved in the practice of audit and tax, and capital markets fund raising and corporate restructuring and reorganization before embarking in legal practice practicing in the area of Corporate and Taxation law.
He is a member of the Malaysian Bar, a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants and a Fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (United Kingdom). He has studied law at University of London and obtained a Second Class Upper for his Certificate of Legal Practice. He also holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration majoring Finance.
Allen has advised a multitude of public listed companies, large corporates and multi-national companies and is currently serving as company secretary, corporate and legal advisor for a few public listed companies and large corporates.
